• Extract liquid from the specimen cup using the dispenser, ensuring no air bubbles are present
• Position the dispenser as close as possible from the designated area
• Slowly dispense the liquid into the designated area
• Allow the dispenser to sit for 5-10 seconds
• Carefully withdraw the dispenser
• dispose of dispenser and specimen cup
