Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipment: You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the item has not already been shipped. If the item has not been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Please note that we do not accept cancellations for changes of mind.

Please be aware that there is a 5% cancellation fee for orders that are canceled prior to shipment. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once shipping has been initiated, the item cannot be canceled. In such circumstances, please consult our Return Policy for guidance on returning the item after it has been received.
